Bravory Bakehouse isn’t just a bakery—it’s a movement. Founded by Erin Vandre, military spouse and lifelong baker, and her husband Nicholas Vandre, a US Army Special Operations veteran, Bravory was born from a desire to do more than bake something sweet. It was built to honor and uplift the quiet strength of those who serve behind the scenes—military spouses and caregivers—our Homefront Heroes. Bravory exists to create a space where purpose, passion, and community come together.
Our name, Bravory, is a blend of bravery and valor — a word that reflects resilience in the face of challenge and the courage to rise with grace. That’s the spirit that drives everything we do.
We craft premium, handmade cookies that are bold in flavor, rich in quality, and made with heart. But what makes us different is what’s baked into every batch: a mission to empower military families, create meaningful employment, and give back to the communities that serve and sacrifice so much.
